1. Check the undergraduate thesis title database to avoid similarities Title Link
2. submit the title and research plan to the supervisor
3. fill in the title submission form and then ask for verification from the supervisor and the thesis board team form submission
   
4. if in the verification process they have to change the title with consideration of similarity or other factors, then the student must fill out the online title submission form (at number 3) and the title submission letter (revision 1) with the same process.
5. After the title submission is approved by the thesis board team, students collect a copy of the title submission letter to the study program administration.

• Summary of comments and suggestions from the supervisor
• Attendance list for thesis proposal seminar
• thesis proposal that has been approved by the supervisor to obtain a Certificate of Submission of Thesis Proposal  Penyerahan Proposal

1. The thesis manuscript must have received approval from both supervisors.
2. Validation in the form of a digital signature or Students complete the complete thesis exam registration form
3. Students upload the required documents to the following with the following requirements:

• The supervisor’s approval file;
• Thesis exam presentation file
• Last semester Study plan card (KRS) containing thesis;
• Academic transcripts showing that there are no missed courses;
• Proof of last tuition payment;
• Similarity check proof sheet for manuscript thesis;
• Statement letter with seal  stamped 10000 regarding the ability to complete all thesis exam requirements.

6. Students fill in the data and print the exam completeness file from the adminjur.fkip.uns.ac.id page. and send it via WA/email to the Prodi Admin;
7.The exam will be conducted using media agreed upon by the testing team (eg zoom cloud meeting, skype, google meeting, bigbluebutton, and other media;
